Conformity for products placed on the European market, covering safety and electromagnetic requirements.
Quality & Compliance
Quality is the starting point of any manufacturing partnership, not an afterthought. For every order we run defined checks from incoming materials through to pre-shipment, so that what leaves our facility matches what was agreed at sample stage.
Certifications & documents
Documentation is prepared for the products supplied and the destination market. Reach out for the declarations relevant to your programme.
Restriction of hazardous substances compliance for electrical and electronic equipment.
Electromagnetic compatibility documentation for products shipped to the United States.
Quality control process
Each production run moves through four checkpoints before it is packed and released. The checks below are the ones applied to festival and decorative lighting orders.
Step 01Incoming material inspection
Materials are verified against the approved specification before they are released to the production line.
- Wire gauge, insulation and conductor review
- LED bead and light string sample checks
- Plugs, connectors and adaptors checked against specification
Step 02In-line assembly inspection
Assembly is inspected while it runs, so deviations are corrected during production rather than discovered after packing.
- Solder points and connection reliability
- Set length, light spacing and bead count
- Control modes and synchronisation between sets
Step 03Finished-goods testing
Completed sets are powered on and reviewed on the test bench before they reach the packing area.
- Power-on lighting and function check
- Continuous run observation of lighting sets
- Low-voltage wiring and connector review
Step 04Pre-shipment audit
Packed goods are sampled and compared against the approved order before the containers are loaded.
- Carton opening and appearance sampling
- Model, labelling and packaging confirmation
- Final order checklist review before loading
Testing capability
Our testing approach combines power-on checks, functional review of control modes and connectors, and consistency checks within each order.

Power-on and function testing
Lighting sets are powered up to confirm output, flashing modes and control behaviour before packing.

Connections and safety review
Plugs, connectors, low-voltage wiring and sealed construction are reviewed, including outdoor ranges built for exposed installation.

Light output consistency
Colour and brightness are compared within the same order so the finished batch reads as one consistent set.

Packaging and labelling verification
Outer cartons, labels and shipping marks are sampled against the approved order and destination requirements.
